Mark Butler - CEO 

Mr. Butler brings over 30 years of combined military and public safety experience. He served in the U.S. Army's elite airborne infantry and completed a term as Sheriff of Warren County. As a certified VA Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) instructor, he is qualified in Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB), armed and unarmed security, private investigation, Special Conservator of Peace, and firearms. 

For more than a decade, he has trained law enforcement agencies and corporations nationwide in de-escalation, crisis management, human trafficking, and organizational capability development. His dedication to security training is evident in both his expertise and extensive practical experience.

Donald Hoover - President 

Donald Hoover is an entrepreneur with over 40 years of leadership and project management experience in designing and installing mechanical, electrical, and security systems across multiple states. 

As president of HOOVER Mechanical and Contracting Company, he has overseen project operations, technical installations, and systems integration for commercial clients for more than 30 years. He holds multiple master-level trade certifications and credentials from the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) and the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice (DCJS).
