A camera records what happens. Your safety team is what steps in. We train church safety teams across Northern Virginia to watch well, de-escalate early, and move together when it counts. We also travel to train church teams anywhere in the United States. Your volunteers leave knowing their roles and confident they can handle them.
What we train
Spotting trouble early, de-escalating before it turns, coordinating a calm response, handling a medical emergency, and working with law enforcement. We tailor all of it to your building and your congregation.
For volunteers, not just professionals
Most church safety teams are volunteers with full-time jobs. We teach in plain language and real drills, so greeters, ushers, and team members gain skills they can actually use.
We come to your church
We train on the space your team actually protects, at a time that fits your week. That is how it sticks.
Part of a complete plan
Training works best alongside a plan and the right equipment. Pair safety team training with a free assessment, a written emergency plan, and the cameras and access control that back your team up, often funded through grants we help you win.
Common questions
Do team members need to be armed?
No. We train the whole team on awareness, de-escalation, and response.
Can you train us at our church?
Yes, and on-site is the most effective way.
