Virginia DCJS security officer training

These are the classes that get you licensed and keep you licensed. Each one meets the DCJS compulsory minimum training standard, and we help you file the paperwork so nothing stalls.

Firearms and concealed carry classes

We teach the Virginia concealed carry (CHP) class (4 hours, $150, no live-fire range required) so you leave with the certificate the courthouse wants. For a more personal approach, individual firearms instruction is $150 an hour (4-hour minimum, with range), and includes NRA Basic Pistol.

A full training catalog

Beyond the classes above, we offer Private Investigator (02E), Personal Protection Specialist (32E), advanced handgun, patrol rifle, instructor courses, and the full requalification and in-service list. Electronic security installer courses (30E, 35E, 38E) are coming soon. See the class schedule for the full catalog and dates.

On-site training

Where we train

We are based in Manassas, but our training does not stop at the county line. Our DCJS and firearms classes serve students across Northern Virginia and reach through Virginia and into Maryland, and we are expanding our instructor certifications into DC and West Virginia. For law enforcement, government, and corporate clients, we bring the training to you, in state or out, nationally and internationally.

Law enforcement, government, and corporate training

When an agency or company needs real training, we build it and bring it to them. Active-threat exercises, penetration testing, and specialized firearms and tactics, delivered at your location, in or out of state. These are quoted to the job, so contact us.

Training for churches and organizations

We train groups of every kind, including church safety team training, plus active-threat response, de-escalation, CPR, and first aid. We come to you and build it around your people and your building, because that is how the training actually sticks.
